Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities across B2B, institutional, and offline channels.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, distributors, and clients.
Create sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitches.
Maintain a structured lead pipeline and regular follow-ups for conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for order fulfillment and brand visibility.
Represent Carrypro at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in
B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals independently.
Experience in corporate gifting, institutional, or retail sales
is a plus.
Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for travel, lifestyle products, or D2C brands is preferred.
