Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved. This includes aggressively driving sales numbers for Retail loan products, retaining and expanding the company's customer base, maximizing sales through networks and relationships, and developing strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals. Additionally, you will be in charge of optimizing team productivity, aligning on lead generation activities, supervising the team for growth implementation, staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
