Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – US Shift, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing B2B deals for VoIP services targeting the US market. You’ll be a key contributor to Vitel Global’s revenue growth by driving direct sales and identifying new market segments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in VoIP, SaaS, or cloud communications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, PBX, and cloud telephony is a must
Experience working US shifts and with US-based clients
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
