Job Description

Role & responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Identify, pursue, and convert new leads across commercial, hospitality, retail & residential sectors Create and execute tailored sales strategies to meet regional revenue goals. Client Relationship Management Develop and sustain long-term client relationships; act as the key client interface from enquiry to handover. Engage design agencies, architects, real-estate developers, consultants, and contractors networks. Full Sales Cycle Ownership Drive the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, solution design, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing Coordinate with design, execution, estimating, and finance teams to ensure project alignment. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing models, and opportunities to position firm effectively Provide intelligence to inform regional strategy and pricing. Project Support Ensure smooth transition from contracted projects to the execution team while monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within ongoing projects. Brand Promotion & Networking Represent Pyrotech at industry events, Exhibitions. Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful promotional materials and brand campaigns. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate pipeline records, sales forecasts, and weekly/monthly dashboards. Use CRM tools to track all business interactions and generate reporting insights. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background Bachelors/Masters in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management Experience 5–10 years in sales/BD within interior fit-out, turnkey projects, or workspace design Must have handled commercial, hospitality, retail or high-end residential sectors Skills & Knowledge • Deep understanding of interior fit-out lifecycle and workflowpage. Strong networking within architects/designers/developers Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities Handy with CRM & MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp a plus Attributes Self-driven, target-oriented, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure Preferred Existing relationships in Delhi and Mumbai interiors sector.
