Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building materials sector, focusing on AAC blocks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors to foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  3 to 8 years of proven experience in sales management within the building materials industry, with a focus on cement, ceramic, tiles, and AAC blocks.

• Skills:

  Strong business development skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Work Mode:

  This is an on-site position, requiring a full-time commitment during day hours.

• Location:

  Candidates must be willing to work in Surat, Mumbai City, or Palghar.
