We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a sales manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition of BRIGS Espro&aposs products and services to potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify new prospects and opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach. Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product development and improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements -

Bachelors degree in engineering - Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Industrial production. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technology sector. Relevant work experience of 5 years. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Familiarity with Visual Workplace Management, Machine Safety Solutions, or Digital Solutions is a plus. Knowledge of industrial customers. Should have either a bike or a car with a valid driving license. (Reimbursements of fuel usage to be made as per company travel policy). Proficient in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel as required.
