Job Description

As a Sales Leader in the retail vertical at the company, your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships. Your expertise in media print & digital sales, along with a deep understanding of key clients in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region, will be essential for achieving the business growth objectives. - Lead and manage a high-performing branch vertical sales team to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and create on-ground events, expos, and brand experiences for clients. - Negotiate and close annual deals with key clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and advertising agencies. - Conduct market analysis to identify key trends and opportunities. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. - Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Sales/Marketing. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in sales.,
