Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales Assets Required: Candidate must have their own conveyance Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Generate new client leads through networking, site visits, and referrals. • Handle customer inquiries, conduct property presentations, and site visits. • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to management. • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing strategies. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales/management. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Must have own conveyance for client and site visits. • Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be preferred.
