Job Title: Sales Manager BLAP
Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat, Rajkot, Raipur, Vadodara
Role Summary
The Sales Manager BLAP will be responsible for driving sales under the BLAP product line, , managing relationships, and achieving assigned disbursement and portfolio quality targets. The role involves close coordination with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure efficient loan approval and disbursement through the BLAP platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Acquire new customers under the BLAP product.
Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, and digital platforms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Cross-sell other financial products to existing and new clients.
2. Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, DSAs, and key partners.
Understand client credit needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and engagement.
3. Process & Coordination
Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing through the BLAP system.
Adhere to internal credit policies, KYC norms, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Monitor portfolio health and support early resolution of delinquent accounts.
4. Market Intelligence
Track market developments, competitor offerings, and emerging SME financing trends.
Provide insights to product and policy teams to enhance process efficiency and competitiveness.

Loan disbursement volume and target achievement.
Lead-to-disbursement conversion ratio.
Portfolio quality and delinquency control.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
