Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Loan vertical through DSA and DST channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing third-party sales networks, achieving aggressive business loan targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of DSAs and DSTs to generate business loan leads. Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to keep partners aligned with company goals. Sales & Business Development: Drive business loan sales through assigned channels to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify new market opportunities and strategize penetration plans in underserved segments. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with DSAs/DSTs and ensure consistent business inflow. Act as the point of contact for escalations and support requirements from partners. Process Management & Compliance: Ensure end-to-end processing of business loan applications from sourcing to disbursement. Adhere to company policies, RBI regulations, and internal credit guidelines. Monitor and improve loan conversion ratios and turnaround times (TATs). Reporting & MIS: Track performance metrics of DSAs and DSTs; generate periodic sales and activity reports. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales funnel, market insights, and competitor activities. Experience: 3 to 6 years of sales experience in business loans with a strong exposure to DSA/DST model. Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is preferred). Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Good understanding of credit assessment and financial documents Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
