Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Sales strategy development and implementation skills
• Strong client relationship management and networking abilities
• Experience in identifying new business opportunities and market analysis
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and utilizing sales software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
