🔹 What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train & motivate Insurance Advisors
Plan marketing events & promotional activities
Drive monthly targets in sales & revenue
Guide advisors through regular reviews & performance tracking
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Sales/Marketing)
Experience in sales or team management (insurance preferred)
Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and proactive attitude
