Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales as a Sales Manager at Firmway, utilizing a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our suite of automation tools. Your main focus will be on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the finance industry. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points and offer Firmway solutions as strategic enablers. - Build trusted advisor relationships with finance decision-makers such as CFOs, Controllers, and Audit Partners. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including demos and negotiations. - Maintain post-sale engagement to foster retention, upselling, and referrals. - Prioritize key accounts and industries for targeted sales efforts. - Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and client feedback. - Keep an accurate CRM with all interactions, opportunities, and progress. - Educate clients on how our solutions impact audit accuracy, compliance, and finance team efficiency. - Guide stakeholders through the implementation journey, addressing concerns around data privacy and ERP integration. - Influence buying committees by building internal champions and engaging key influencers. - Collaborate with the presales team to deliver product demonstrations and drive engagement to closure. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS solution sales. - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus. - Understanding of finance and accounting processes is advantageous.,
