Job Description

You will be joining Firmway, a rapidly growing FinTech company that is revolutionizing how enterprises streamline essential finance operations, including Balance Confirmations, Reconciliations, MSME Compliance, GST and 26AS matching, and Data Management. Since our establishment in 2016, we have formed partnerships with over 650 renowned corporate brands and audit firms such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Group, Asian Paints, United Breweries, and Lupin to eliminate manual tasks, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance. As a Sales Manager at Firmway, you will play a vital role in our team, demonstrating a strong talent for consultative selling and nurturing enduring client relationships. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with CFOs, Finance Heads, and other key decision-makers to comprehend their business requirements and offer customized solutions from Firmway's range of automation tools. Your key responsibilities will include employing a consultative sales approach to address client pain points effectively, developing trusted advisor relationships with finance decision-makers, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining post-sale engagement for retention and upselling, strategically targeting key accounts and industries, collaborating with internal teams, managing the sales pipeline efficiently, educating clients on the impact of our solutions, guiding stakeholders through the implementation process, influencing buying committees, and collaborating with the presales team to drive successful engagements. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven experience in consultative B2B software sales, particularly within finance departments or SaaS/FinTech sectors. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, the capability to comprehend client processes, objections, and tailor solutions accordingly, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential qualities we are seeking. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, have 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS solution sales, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. An understanding of finance and accounting processes will be a significant advantage for this role.,
