Job Role & Responsibility –
* Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans targeted at corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, agencies, and associations.
* Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business partnerships in source markets and emerging destinations.
* Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new business partners and agencies within the MICE domain.
* Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, presentations, proposals, and RFPs, to negotiation and deal closure.
* Deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring recurring business, upsells, and high client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with product & operations teams for seamless planning and delivery of MICE events.
* Monitor market trends and competition; adapt pricing and offerings accordingly.
* Represent the company at trade shows, fam trips, workshops, and networking events.
