Job Role & Responsibility – * Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans targeted at corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, agencies, and associations. * Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business partnerships in source markets and emerging destinations. * Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new business partners and agencies within the MICE domain. * Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, presentations, proposals, and RFPs, to negotiation and deal closure. * Deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring recurring business, upsells, and high client satisfaction. * Collaborate with product & operations teams for seamless planning and delivery of MICE events. * Monitor market trends and competition; adapt pricing and offerings accordingly. * Represent the company at trade shows, fam trips, workshops, and networking events. Responsibilities Handle end-to-end itinerary operations for Dubai, Oman, Hong Kong, Russia Manage B2B queries and custom itineraries Coordinate logistics with suppliers (hotels, transport, attractions) Customize packages, track issues during execution Manage invoicing and payment follow-up Stay updated on tourism offerings in assigned region. Prepare quotes and pricing; collaborate with travel agents Handle bookings/backend operations Drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Tourism Minimum 2 years’ experience in DMC Sales & ops Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
