• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets
• Manage and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain premium clients
• Oversee store operations to maintain luxury brand standards
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners
• 4–10 years’ experience in sales (preferably in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands)
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business goals
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury retail
• Immediate availability to join preferred
