Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute effective sales strategies, set sales targets, and create sales forecasts to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring:Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and areas for improvement, ensuring the team meets objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Sales Operations:Manage the sales pipeline, handle complex negotiations, and ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Reporting:Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to upper management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,598.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
