Job Description

Customer Interaction:

  • Greeting customers and understanding their concerns regarding their two-wheeler.
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing work orders.
  • Explaining technical issues and repair procedures to customers in an understandable manner.

Technical Expertise:

  • Translating customer descriptions of problems into standard repair terminology.
  • Communicating with technicians to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Providing accurate estimates for repair costs.

Service Management:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's services and offerings.
  • Updating customers on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Ensuring that repairs are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Recommending additional services and potential cost savings.

Customer Relationship Management:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,763.32 per month
