We are hiring a Service Advisor responsible for handling customer relations at our Manjeri Service Center. The role involves attending to customers, identifying and confirming vehicle complaints through interaction and trial drives, coordinating service requirements, and ensuring clear communication of work done/not required back to the customer.
Requirements:
Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (3 years) – mandatory
Prior experience in a similar role preferred (Salary negotiable for experienced candidates)
Strong communication skills, accuracy, discipline, and team management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
