Role Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new clients in the clothing and apparel manufacturing sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including sourcing heads, merchandisers, and production managers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.


Product Promotion & Solution Selling

  • Present and position Focus Prints’ product portfolio effectively to clients.
  • Offer creative, value-added solutions that align with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.


Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order pipelines.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, labeling, or apparel accessories.
  • Familiarity with garment manufacturing workflows and buyer expectations.
