Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Leading the sales and marketing team, leading the operations , monitoring the effectiveness of sales and ensure that they are aligned with business objective
Oversee the planning and management of roles, responsibilities, values and engagement in sales platform
Driving sales growth strategies and ensuring that these strategies are adopted in all levels of the department
Identifying solutions that drives sales efficiently and consequently revenue growth
Responsible for the performance of the sales and marketing team
Approve all the activities planned by the team
Doctor relations (VC) along with the team
Initiate Corporate tie-up
B2B management through building , maintaining and improving relationship with the client
Consolidate the DVR and master sheet from team and analyze the gap in business
Integrity related company polices and Information security
Compliance to laid down process
Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
