Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Target Management

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales consultant team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives and monitor performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Ensure each sales executive follows the lead management and CRM process properly.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
Encourage repeat and referral business through relationship management and follow-up systems.

Business Development

Develop and implement local marketing, field campaigns, and promotional activities to increase showroom footfall.
Build partnerships with financiers, corporate clients, fleet buyers, and institutions.
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and suggest sales strategies accordingly.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

Ensure all vehicle sales documents (invoice, insurance, registration) are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Review daily sales reports, lead reports, and update management with performance summaries.
Ensure the showroom display, branding, and customer experience meet OEM standards.
