Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our AAC Block business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building material sales, proven experience in channel development, project sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations for AAC Block products in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both project and retail segments.
• Manage channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Guide and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales within the building material industry (AAC Blocks / Cement / Ready Mix / Tiles / Construction Materials).
• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a result-driven approach.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).

Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and profile)
