About the Role

Product Sales Manager

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively position our products to contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for construction-related products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product sales within the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and procurement processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling to government or large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics.
• Technical knowledge of products such as building materials, prefabricated systems, or construction technologies.
