Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, building relationships with channel partners, sourcing high-quality LAP business, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the acquisition of LAP customers through direct and indirect channels.
Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, references, builders, and other channels.
Ensure credit quality of sourced files meets the companys risk and underwriting parameters.
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved across product and geography.
Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and customer trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Handle customer queries, grievances, and documentation issues proactively.
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and take corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in sales of LAP/Home Loans, preferably in NBFCs or banks.
Knowledge of LAP underwriting and market dynamics is essential.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
