Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire retail investors (HNIs, emerging affluent, salaried professionals).
  • Conduct investor awareness programs, webinars, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with retail clients by offering personalized investment solutions.
  • Provide transparent communication on product features, risks, and returns.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in retail financial product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and SEBI regulations.
  • Proven track record in B2C sales and client acquisition.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong presentation and investor education abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple retail accounts and pipelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • High ethical standards and compliance orientation.
