Job Description

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients across relevant sectors.

* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and site visits.

* Maintain a database of prospects and update lead status regularly in CRM tools.

* Support the senior sales team by setting up client meetings and sharing preliminary product information.

* Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives.

* Prepare lead generation reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

* Attend industry events, expos, or college fairs (when applicable) to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Education:

* B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical

*MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Basic understanding of manufacturing or construction operations

* Willingness to work at sites or plant locations as per business needs

* Adaptability, initiative, and a learning mindset
