The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have aspirations of growing in their professional career and will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1.⁠ ⁠ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence. 2.⁠ ⁠ Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 3.⁠ ⁠Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors. 4.⁠ ⁠ Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and ensure the sales team has in-depth knowledge of Agaate's products. 5.⁠ ⁠Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: 1.⁠ ⁠ Experience: 4-8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the agriculture input industry. 2.⁠ ⁠ Agricultural Knowledge: Understanding of the basics of vegetable farming and other relevant agricultural practices. 3.⁠ ⁠ Sales Leadership: Proven track record of sales leadership, with experience in managing and developing sales teams. 4.⁠ ⁠ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. 5.⁠ ⁠ Growth Aspirations: A strong desire to grow in their professional career and take on new challenges. Preferred Qualifications: 1.⁠ ⁠ Agricultural Background: Degree in agriculture or a related field is an advantage. 2.⁠ ⁠ Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools. 3.⁠ ⁠ Network: Established network of contacts in the agricultural industry.
