Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

🌱 Oversee field operations — from crop planning to harvest

🚜 Maintain demonstration plots to showcase modern and biological practices

👨‍🌾 Assist farmers visiting the Experience Center in understanding best practices

📊 Record and analyze data related to soil health, crop growth, and yields

🤝 Coordinate with senior agronomy and technical teams to implement and present new agri innovations

Ideal Candidate:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture / Agronomy / Horticulture
• 1–3 years of practical farm management experience (fresh graduates passionate about fieldwork welcome)
• Strong interest in

  demonstration-based learning and farmer training

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for sustainable and technology-driven agriculture
