Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the personal loan vertical at Billcut, overseeing partner programs such as LNT, ABL, and Tata Capital. Your role will involve owning and delivering sales targets, managing the sales team, driving personal loan acquisition, designing sales strategies, building relationships with partner institutions, tracking performance metrics, and recruiting and mentoring team members. - Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs (LNT, ABL, Tata Capital). - Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals. - Drive personal loan acquisition through structured office-based operations. - Design and execute sales strategies aligned with each partner's objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions. - Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management. - Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in banking/financial services sales. - Strong exposure to personal loans and digital lending. - Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.,
