As an Ad Sales Manager at Daalchini, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing smart retail and vending machine advertising. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue by selling digital and physical branding opportunities on our vending machines. We are seeking a highly motivated individual contributor who excels in business development and end-to-end sales execution. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding brands, advertisers, and agencies for digital ad placements and physical branding on vending machines. Additionally, you will offer a comprehensive mix of digital screen ads, physical branding such as machine wraps and stickers, and sampling opportunities to brands. You will independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales management. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets by unlocking new advertising opportunities will be crucial. Building long-term partnerships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers, and collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute branding and ad campaigns effectively are also key aspects of the role. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new advertising technologies to refine sales strategies will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, or OOH Advertising, preferably in digital media sales. A strong background in selling both digital and physical branding solutions, a proven track record of individually achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as being self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently are required.
