Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand inquiries and guide them to the right pet
• Recommend suitable pets based on customer lifestyle, available space, breed behavior, and actual care requirements
• Convert customer interest into bookings and hand over to the post-sales team for further assistance
• Follow up with potential customers strategically, staying engaged until they are ready to decide
• Build trust and long-term relationships by focusing on value rather than unnecessary upselling
