Sales Intern

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, gathering accurate contact information, and collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into business opportunities. The role requires proficiency in market research, sales intelligence platforms, data validation, and a strong understanding of customer personas. Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and research potential clients based on the ideal customer profile. - Use sales intelligence tools (like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.) to build prospect lists. - Extract accurate contact information of decision-makers (CXOs, Heads, etc.) across industries. - Track and maintain a high-quality lead database to support sales outreach. Persona Analysis Customer Profiling & Targeting: - Understand customer personas and segment prospects accordingly. - Stay updated on industry trends and new sectors that align with our service offerings. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategie Data Validation & Accuracy Database Management: - Maintain structured and up-to-date client and lead databases using CRM tools. - Validate and verify collected data to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates or outdated contacts. - Regularly clean and enrich the data for maximum outreach efficiency.
