Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable SleepyCat products
Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable
Collect and record customer feedback and assist in after-sales support
Assist in organizing in-store events, campaigns, or promotions
Provide support in daily store operations, including inventory checks
Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
