As we grow our presence in the digital space, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online channels and ensure our eco-conscious products reach the right audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms
• Ensure accurate product data, high-quality images, eco-friendly descriptions, and price updates are maintained.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
• Track daily sales, returns, and order issues; resolve them promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support execution of eco-campaigns, seasonal promotions, and green offers.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost product visibility using SEO, email campaigns, and social media integration.
• Analyze platform data to generate weekly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve satisfaction and trust in our green promise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce handling
• Familiarity with major online marketplaces
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and tools like Google Analytics
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
