Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales team by completing various tasks assigned by the manager. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department in all possible ways. It is essential that you can follow instructions effectively while also being able to work independently when necessary. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with the manager or assigned staff member to ensure all allocated tasks are completed efficiently. This will include conducting research, attending meetings, liaising with clients, updating documents, reviewing sales performance, observing sales processes, and providing valuable input for process improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in assisting with negotiations, keeping detailed records of your learnings, and delivering presentations to various stakeholders within the company. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Strong self-motivation, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to remain composed in fast-paced environments are crucial attributes for success. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, as well as a keen eye for detail will greatly benefit you in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role. Furthermore, having an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and achieving a CGPA of 7 or above is highly desirable for this position.
