Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads weekly for

  Daily Equity's Community

• Execute end-to-end sales, from outreach to closing the deal.
• Understand client needs and communicate Daily Equity's offerings effectively.
• Track performance metrics and report weekly progress.
• Meet or exceed minimum weekly sales targets.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deliverables.
• Interest in finance, education, and community building.
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any field business, marketing, or finance preferred.

Compensation

• Base Stipend

  : ?5,000 (on proof of work: attendance in Financial Training Sessions & Min. Target Achievement).

• Incentives

  : 25% of invoice value on Overachievement
