We believe in flexibility , ownership , and output-driven work . Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Intern who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work on end-to-end proposal processes, relationship management, and market research while gaining exposure to finance, startups, and client interactions. This role is output-focused : no fixed hours, no attendance tracking. As long as you deliver your work on time, you decide when and where to work. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert qualified leads weekly for Daily Equity's Community and Daily Equity Explorer . Execute end-to-end sales, from outreach to closing the deal . Understand client needs and communicate Daily Equity's offerings effectively. Track performance metrics and report weekly progress. Meet or exceed minimum weekly sales targets. Requirements Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi . Ability to work independently and meet weekly deliverables. Interest in finance, education, and community building. Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in any field business, marketing, or finance preferred . What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in Sales , Lead Generation , and Client Engagement . Target Achievement). Incentives : 25% of invoice value on Overachievement (no upper cap) . Note: Stipends are project-based, not month-based.
