Sales Incharge-Forex & Insurance

As the Sales Head for Foreign Currency Exchange, Money Transfer & Insurance Products at Kadanthottu Finance Pvt Ltd, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading our business verticals in Forex, Money Transfer, and Insurance across all company branches. Your role will involve driving sales growth, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and spearheading efforts to increase business in all 22 branches. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new corporate and individual clients for foreign exchange and money transfer services. You will be expected to promote and sell a variety of forex products, manage sales of insurance products, and nurture existing client relationships by offering customized financial solutions. Staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements will be crucial in your role. Collaborating with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, achieving sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions will be part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events, build professional networks, and leverage them to generate business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in foreign exchange, money transfer, or insurance products. A strong understanding of forex markets, insurance products, compliance norms, and RBI regulations is essential. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications are required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a prerequisite, while additional certifications like AMFI or NISM will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Changanacherry, Kerala, with a requirement for 50% travel. The benefits include paid sick time.
