Position Summary

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven

Sales Hunter

to identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients for our comprehensive suite of product engineering services. This role demands a professional who excels at finding new client logos, navigating complex sales cycles, and leveraging deep technical and domain knowledge to articulate value to C-level stakeholders in engineering and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition & Staffing: Aggressively identify, target, and acquire new enterprise logos within specified industry verticals (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Technology & SaaS) in the global market, primarily US and India for business or Staffing needs.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Divami.
  • Technical Consultation & Solutioning: Collaborate closely with prospective clients and internal engineering & design teams to understand complex technical requirements, leveraging knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and AR/VR to design customized solutions.
  • Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to explain how our Innovation Alchemy approach delivers speed to value, product-led growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the creation of detailed proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, and contract negotiations to close large deals with Fortune and competitive accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives (VP of Engineering, CTOs, CIOs, Product Owners) at client organizations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and help clients address their specific pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system, managing pipeline quality and velocity.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical) or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 510+ years of Mid market, GTM, sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets specifically in IT Services or Product Engineering Services.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the product engineering lifecycle, global delivery models, and relevant technology stacks (e.g., MERN/MEAN stack, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, Azure, AI/ML concepts).
  • Hunter Mindset: A strong aptitude for new logo acquisition and generating new business from scratch, with a self-starter, competitive mentality.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling business benefits.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying client pain points and engineering appropriate, user-centric solutions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events in the US, India, and other global markets as needed.
