Sales Hunter

As a Sales Hunter at our company, your role is to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Your key outcomes will include hunting for new logos in the India Enterprise space, such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail CPG, Telecom, etc. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining a steady pipeline, and meeting assigned quarterly and annual targets. Your primary interface with prospective customers involves actively driving and managing day-to-day prospecting and selling activities in the country. Key Responsibilities: - Actively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets through various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events. - Foster strong relationships with new clients to understand their organizational goals and challenges and provide effective solutions. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers. - Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system. - Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings. - Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas and objectives.
