Sales Hunter

As a Sales Hunter at our company, your role is to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will primarily focus on hunting new logos in the India Enterprise space, including Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail CPG, Telecom, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively prospecting and generating leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events. - Building and fostering strong relationships with new clients by understanding their goals and challenges to provide effective solutions. - Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers that highlight the unique value proposition of our products/services. - Meticulously tracking and managing sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system. - Staying informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings. - Consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales quotas and objectives. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech & MBA (preferred) with a minimum of 8-15+ years of experience. Behavioral skills such as confidence, ability to converse with CXOs, go-getter attitude, risk-taking ability, and collaborative nature are highly valued.
