Roles & Responsibility of "Nation Sales Head

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets of the company. This involves analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and setting sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership:

    Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, including sales managers, regional sales representatives, and other sales staff. This may involve hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  3. Revenue Generation:

    Driving revenue growth by maximizing sales opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing market share. This includes setting sales targets for the team and monitoring performance against these targets.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. This may involve participating in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations with clients.
  5. Market Analysis:

    Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace. This information is used to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    Developing sales forecasts and regularly reporting on sales performance to senior management. This includes analysing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
