Job Description

Experience: 5–7 years in commercial/real estate sales (Mohali/Tricity preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the project.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.
  • Provide weekly performance and funnel reports to management.

Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of Tricity real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
  • Leadership and team handling ability.
  • Fluent communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
