As a Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in the solar structure industry. You will lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance. Identifying new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project developers, and large industrial clients will be a key responsibility. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders is essential. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and post-sales support. Monitoring sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and dispatches through the ERP system will be part of your routine tasks. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and sales analysis via ERP is crucial. Collaborating with production, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution is expected. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry. Providing periodic MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts is also required. Representing the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events will be part of your role. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree / MBA / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management. - 8-12 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the solar structure / renewable energy / steel fabrication industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts. - Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Odoo / Tally or equivalent). - Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives. - Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
