Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, site sales teams, and channel partners
  • Set sales targets, forecasts, and budgets for projects and regions
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Drive sales of residential/commercial units across ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion areas
  • Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Channel Partner & CRM Management

  • Build and strengthen channel partner, broker, and referral networks
  • Oversee CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and customer engagement
  • Improve lead-to-closure ratios through process optimization

Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Marketing for campaign planning, site promotions, and launches
  • Provide inputs on pricing strategy, schemes, and offers based on market trends
  • Work closely with Legal, CRM, Finance, and Project teams for smooth closures

Customer Experience & Compliance

  • Ensure high standards of customer interaction, negotiation, and closing
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and legal guidelines


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales revenue and unit bookings
  • Conversion ratio (lead to booking)
  • Channel partner productivity
  • Sales cycle time
  • Customer satisfaction and retention
  • Team productivity and target achievement

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proven track record in real estate sales leadership roles
