Sales Head- Real estate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers.
• Drive end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that support sales growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
• Regularly review team performance and provide guidance to achieve sales KPIs.
• Present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market.
• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
