Job Description

Project Location - Dausa Salary , Incentive and other perks shall be as per Industry Standards. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the companys revenue and growth objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to the sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents and stakeholders. Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals. Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Provide input on promotional materials and advertising strategies. Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay updated on real estate industry standards and best practices.
