Role Description

This is an on-site internship role as a Sales Head - Investment located in the Navi Mumbai Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the sales team, driving sales strategies within the assigned zone, managing and growing a portfolio of new and existing customers, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting client presentations, and providing insights to improve sales performance. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the effective execution of plans.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze market data, monitor trends, and develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in financial products or services sales is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Greater Kolkata Area as needed


Experience and Educational qualifications:

  • Must have atleast 8 years experience of selling investment products like bonds, NCDs, Mutual funds, MLDs, Guaranteed Income products etc through B2C and B2B channels
  • Must have created and managed AUM of atleast Rs 100 crore within Mumbai region
